That's right; no pedals!
So apparently, training wheels are OUT! The new way to teach kids to ride a bike is without pedals! I guess it makes sense- they learn to balance on two wheels right away and then the step up to pedals is pretty simple. Plus, these bikes are really cute. I actually think the Cruiser is way cooler-looking but the seat is 17" high; unfortunately the same height as Matteo's belly button. He wouldn't be able to ride it right away, which would not be cool for a 3rd birthday present.

That is so cool! Oh man, we're going to have to get one for Moses as soon as he sees Matteo's.
New inventions everyday...By the way, what would Matteo like for his birthday? I have no idea what 3 year olds like:)
He told us yesterday that he wants paints to paint the walls in his room but if you get him that I'll never speak to you again!:-)
Books are always great - he's really into rhyming words right now - and he does need new summer clothes (shorts and shirts) in size 3T.
